Lucia A. Gilbert, Ph.D. University of Texas at Austin Vice Provost for Undergraduate Studies

Lucia Albino Gilbert, Ph. D., is Vice Provost for Undergraduate Studies, Professor of Educational Psychology and Frank C. Erwin, Jr. Centennial Honors Professor at The University of Texas Austin.  She studies two-earner families, women's career development, and gender processes in adolescence. She is the author of four books and numerous articles, including chapters on feminist therapy, and the recipient of awards for teaching and research excellence.
